Discussion about 304 E 62nd Street #5
Went to see this in person and it was a waste of time. The listing info shows "This is a massive 3 bedroom with a very large living room space!The second and 3rd bedroom can easily fit a queen size bed plus additional furniture..." There is no third bedroom. Its a true 2 bedroom... nothing has been converted. Even if there was a wall put up (as suggested by the agent for a flex), it wouldn't even be big enough for a bed. Agent was nice, but information was severely misleading. Traveled an hour to see the property for nothing.
