Discussion about 109 W 105th Street #5B
Renter beware! If you search for this building on NYC HPD it appears that the landlord, Yonah Halton, gets a lot of complaints. The three most recent complains are all for this unit, one for roaches, one for mice, and one for a ceiling leak.
