Co-op with tremendous staff and views!

I went to E69th Street with my Broker to view the Co-op and the unit to list. #9B is the unit and Joe Fuda is a brilliant mind and mentor to me in real estate, of Compass Realty Central. This place had me wowed. I didn't want to leave and felt as If I was on vacation. First, off the Doorman made my day and was the kindest man I think I ever encountered. The staff there is really great being I Co-own a management company, I can tell you the employers that I encountered were some of the nicest people. The roof deck I was staring at the whole Manhattan skyline in amazement to how beautiful the view was. I couldn't believe the roof deck was like a hotel pool area but on the top of a large building in NYC minus the pool, but had lounge chairs and was furnished nicely. There was a really nice lounge to sit and relax in the lobby, another in the basement where the fitness center was, ping pong tables and laundry was. $1130 maintenance fee, but well worth it, and the unit selling for $500,000 for a studio seemed low to me because I felt like I was in an upscale hotel somewhere and didn't want to leave. The bed was in its own sleeping area, and the rest of the place was so well kept it almost seemed new. I can't speak more highly of a co-op, and I have listings that some would consider top locations like the financial district with amazing views of the Bk Bridge and the downtown eastside life. There totally different co-ops in two totally different areas, I guess it depends on your taste. Very glad I got to see this place and I wouldn't mind a vacation there, I would happily take one.
