Does anyone know any info about this building or its board? We just saw a nice looking apartment in this building, but can't figure out why all the previously sold units have stayed on the market so long. The building appears to be well maintained and all records with Dept. of Buildings seem in order. Any insight into the board? Any info is appreciated.
