Discussion about 139 Essex Street #B
It turns out there's a bar next door that blasts music that can be heard on multiple floors of this apartment building. The front of the bar is quiet, so the only way to know would be to have visited during the night. I made the mistake of leasing here. Don't repeat my mistake.
