I lived in this building from 2014 to 2016 in apt 3 and I have not one bad thing to say about the building and the owners. I had a few concerns when moving in. I lived in this building from 2014 to 2016 in apt 3 and I have not one bad thing to say about the building and the owners. I had a few concerns when moving in. The first I was not crazy about living on 9th ave vs a side street. I won’t lie the actual moving in was a challenge with parking a truck and the meter maids. With a little good luck on my side the movers parked directly in front of the building. Concern number 2 living above a food establishment. My biggest fear are bugs and rats and in the 2 years living above Turco I never saw a rat or bug. The building is super clean. The only thing that was supper annoying was the trash cans that are stored in the next buidings basement that they also own. The owner George Is a great person and an ideal landlord. I wish I never moved out of the building especially now that the 3 Apts have been renovated [less]
