Discussion about Stewart House at 70 East 10th Street in Greenwich Village
For some reason I've seen listings in this building advertise a rooftop area but over a decade ago the building alarmed the roof because the penthouse owners didn't like seeing people up there. I'm not sure why the tenants allow the penthouse owners to basically control the board but take note of that. Hardly any other buildings like this wouldn't allow tenants access to the roof but for some reason the Stewart House doesn't.
