Great finishes. Large space. On first glance, these features stand out. However, cigarette smoke leaks into the unit daily, through the porous radiator system and the bathroom vents; and since the smoke appears to come from the unit(s) directly below, it will leak in through the window if you try to air out the unit. Hallway funk also drafts into the unit through the front door. Air purifiers can only do so much. Non-allergic persons may not have headaches, sore throats, etc. as someone with a smoke allergy inevitably will, their noses will likely be stuffed, though it may not be a big deal. Previous non-smoking tenants inconveniently broke lease and left in 6 weeks. Appropriate tenants may be limited to actively smoking individuals; anyone else is likely to be frustrated by the smoke.
