As a resident of this building, I'd advise anyone that may be interested in this apartment to avoid it at all costs. Requests for repairs go ignored and the owners have no problem letting the building deteriorate without any preventative action. The latest issue: the buzzer system has been broken for 6 months and we haven't been able to get mail delivered. This building is not worth what the owners demand in rent. I'd suggest you stay away.
