Apt 7B1 is a case study in trying to fool potential buyers. It has, in fact, always been known as Apt 7B and shame on the broker, Compass, for this disinformation campaign. 7B was listed for sale in May '18 for $2.85 million, then $2.75, then $2.695 on 9/26/18. This listing was delisted in recent days and given a fresh start, blank slate as 7B1. I'm assuming anyone with a brain would figure this out. In any case, 8 Union Sq South is a poorly constructed and designed building and 7B needs to fall by a few hundred thousand before it will eventually sell.
