On my search results, 380 Lenox Ave shows up frequently. Does anyone have any insights on the building, management, upkeep etc.? Also, how is the area? It is north of 125th and that makes me think a little bit on whether it is a good buy, safe area, has potential for growth etc. Any thoughts?
