Discussion about Merritt House at 167 East 82nd Street in Upper East Side
This building is beautifully maintained it's quiet and we'll appointed but the expression that one bad apple can spoil the batch is remarkably apt. There is one day doorman named Nestor or something who was so rude we decided not to purchse here. Hope they do something about that before we are looking again.
