It is a pigsty, filthy, walls crumbling, leaks within walls leaving disgusting yellow stains and swelling, mold, insects -- appears to be run by a slumlord who cares nothing about the property or tenants. This building is run but management with the lowest reviews possible. It is a pigsty, filthy, walls crumbling, leaks within walls leaving disgusting yellow stains and swelling, mold, insects -- appears to be run by a slumlord who cares nothing about the property or tenants. They do not provide heat on a consistent basis and it is colder inside than outside -- heat is turned up randomly and never at night to the point where I am forced to sleep in my clothing. It is a disgrace. The stairwells are full of graffiti, litter, the smell of cigarettes and cigarett butts. Tenants use halls for storage making the building completely unsafe. I have had strangers ringing my doorbell demanding access to the fire escape! The entrance is completely unsafe with people entering letting strangers in and wander the building. The intercom system has been painted over so many times, it is completely useless. Bicylcles are chained all over the fences and there is always trash in the "garden". It is an embarassment. This building is a hazard. I would gladly provide photos as I document my unfortnate living situation her daily. [less]
