- [ ] What’s wrong with #6G at 300 W 53rd St? It’s been on my saved list for 6 months—if not more—and I see that each month or so, the unit is being rented...and of course, the listing history only goes back 2 months, so the average person perusing doesn’t see that it’s reposted every month. So what’s up—is the landlord/land lady crazy? Unreasonable? Are there bedbugs? StreetEasy, why aren’t you showing a listing history that accurately reflects how often this unit is on the market?! You and the broker need to do better for the people relying on your services!
