Yes, this is not a typo. I have a crazy tax credit situation and if you are a landlord with your own LP or LLC you might be able to use my tax credits to help you earn way more than you would net after tax from a regular rental Looking for a luxury condo or coop building,and would like this to be be for at least 2 years if not more.
