I believe Crismarie Mateo is fraudulently listing properties on StreetEasy. She posted an apartment with the address as 238 West 148th #1D with pictures for a different listing located at 211 West 146th unit 3F. 211 West 146th ST is listed by Skyview Realty Corp. She posted an apartment with the address as 238 West 148th #1D with pictures for a different listing located at 211 West 146th unit 3F. 211 West 146th ST is listed by Skyview Realty Corp. I emailed Crismarie through Streeteasy on the listing page for 238 West 148th St. Crismarie works for Finders NYC. Then when she confirms the appointment with the client she tells the client to go to a different address - the 211 West 146th st address and NOT the 238 W 148th St address. Incidentally, I viewed 211 W 146th St with Skyview Realty Corp so when Crismari directed me to go to that address instead of 238 W 148th St. I knew something was wrong. Posting pictures for an apartment that are not an accurate reflection of the listing is fraud. I have the entire email chain to show Crismari Mateo is committing fraud. [less]
