closing delays

Discussion about 200 East 21st Street #8D
Is anyone else concerned and annoyed about the seemingly endless delays with construction and the securing of the TCO? Did anyone else receive a 30 day closing notice only to have it pass due to TCO issues? My closing was scheduled 2 weeks ago and I still don't have a credible estimate on when it will actually happen.
