New Building Ownership Question

Discussion about
The situation: 1. I live in a rent-stabilized apartment (building with more than 5 units). My lease is expiring soon. 2. I signed and sent in my lease renewal but waiting to get the owner to sign and send me back a copy. 3. I found out yesterday via email there’s new owner in place to be the managing agent of the building. According to NYC law, what happens in my situation? What happens to my lease renewal I signed? Any chance I may face eviction if the new owner decides to go down that path?
