This management company has a long history of shady business practices. Please do your research to explore all the negative reviews. In my experience - they attempted to con me into signing an outdated preferred rent rider so they could turn a stabilized rent apartment into market rate after my lease expired. Once I called them out, they immediately gave me back my deposit and "took the apartment off the market" for further discussion amongst members of the company.
