Discussion about 220 E 24th Street #4G
Viewed the place, it didnt exist, instead broker tried the 'switch and bait' tactic and showed me 2 apartments in the building that were $3800-$4300 1 Br's and Building has no amenities what so ever. Highly overpriced.
