Discussion about The Frederick at 564-570 Saint John's Place in Crown Heights
This building does not at all provide the amenities or basic services listed in the leases or advertised. Many of the apartments lack heat, proper ventilation, and proper drainage. Workers also enter the apartments without prior notice, which is illegal.
