I should have checked this website before locking down the apartment when I did. The other discussion about this property is on target - you will have lots of problems dealing with management. They are a faceless company that will say a lot of things but won't do anything about it. Heat's gone out like every two weeks during the winter. Cockroaches, rats, all kinds of pests. I live in Apartment #1 and the stench of the garbage disposal outside my window permeates the entire apartment. I'm paying $1650 in rent a month and unable to do anything about. Worst living experience I've ever had, and I hate complaining generally. Please do avoid this property. I'm super irritated with the broker that recommended this place and took a sizable sum for it.
