DO NOT LIVE HERE - 25-22 33rd st

The landlord's at 25-22 33rd st are absolutely incompetent and mentally unstable. They have had issues with the at least three past tenants that have lived there. Two of these tenants had to break their leases early due to harassment from the landlord's daughter. Multiple other tenants have also had legal issues with them. The landlord is an elderly woman and her daughter handles everything for her. She also live in the building and will make your life a living hell. They are hiding behind a broker because anyone who actually meets the daughter can tell that something is off. She will rant about you on her Facebook page and accuse you of doing crazy things. Trust me - I used to live there. NOT WORTH IT.
