Discussion about 425 Riverside Drive #1D
The apartment is of about 800 sq feet and not the 900 in the description. There is no natural light whatsoever so you live in cave in this unit and it has a noise machine close by that bothers all day long 24/7. If you rent for $3,208 net you are renting for $3,500 and next year they will increase it to $3,600 when in reality the apartment should be offered at $3,000 or less. Crime is going up in the area and rentals are tanking in NYC.
