Noise and drug dealers

Discussion about 511 West 186th Street #E5
We lived in this building for a few years. There's loud music right down the building all year long, day and night, and a group of guys always in front of the front door selling drugs. They have literally occupied the street with furnitures, it's like their home. NYPD doesn't help, and management doesn't care. Be aware!
