The listing is at $54 per square foot and they are OVERSTATING THE FOOTAGE OF THE APARTMENT! The building feeds of people downgrading from luxury rentals (this is anything but not luxury) and Columbia-related demand which is non existent. There are too many empty apartment but smartly they only list a couple at the time with one month free rental. Then next year you will have the problem that they will demand increases at about double the inflation rate in addition to charging the regular price which excludes the one month incentive. There are more friendly buildings in the area if that is your area of preference.
