My landlord (I live in a private two family house, no lease, in Brooklyn, NY. She informed me she is selling the house I presently live in. My husband died last month, I'm 72, have absolutely no family and I had two hip operations and walk with a walker. I am hiring an attorney who specializes in this. He assures me he can get me a year extension. She gave me 4 months. It's up at the end of October, beginning of November. Is this possible. I have no one.
