STAY AWAY! Please save your money and don’t ever consider staying at park towers south. I am a current tenant and words can’t describe the torture I am enduring here. They have been renovating numerous apartments despite knowing that tenants are at home during the pandemic. The drilling and construction noise is unbearable and they simply don’t care at all. I could never imagine that they could be so disrespectful. I currently have three apartments being renovated around my apartment. Upstairs, downstairs and next door. Between the hours of 8am-4:30pm being in the apartment is simply impossible and not only they refuse to lower my rent, they also refuse to let me leave. I wish I could post a sound clip from my apt right now. Save your money and your sanity and stay away.
