Dear Sir/Madam, Good morning. Thank you very much to read my writing. About a month and half (1.5 months)ago, this listing came into the market with the same terms and conditions as it is appearing now. I had been contacted with the same realtor in-order to rent this apartment. After getting agreed by the both of the parties (me and the realtor) and depositing the good faith deposit ($500.00), the realtor suddenly told me that the land lord has changed his mind. Their new demand ware: monthly rent :$1800.00 instead of $1700.00, 1 year lease instead of 18 months lease,, and the Broker fee demanding $2200.00 instead of $2000.00 and some of other extra demands. I have supplied them all of my very crucial documents as they demanded from me because of the leasing purpose. I had to provided them, for example, me and my wife's ID, Social security card, bank statements, yearly income statements, Our own photographs, my stock investments statement, and etc., After spending a lot of efforts and time, their actions were highly questionable to me. I was deeply shocked. So, I want justice against their committed actions/ crimes. I will try to do my best to educate people to be aware about these people. Thank you again. Have a great day.
