If you had to rent a 1BD today ($2750+/- or less), what building would you go to? Musts - Elevator, dishwasher, PTAC/c-air/thru-wall unit Nice to have - In-unit w/d, parking, doorman, pool, gym Short list: Prism 800 Sixth Anagram - 10 E 29th The Lanthian - 377 East 33rd Street ?? Parc East Kips Bay Court - Looks like a good value for current $ w/ 3.5 months free Read too many mixed or negatives on buildings like 4 Park, 7 Park, Habitat, Windsor Court, etc. I've seen some units for $2000-$2300 that seem decent based on listing photos but also look extremely digitally "staged/enhanced" A screaming deal is > the nice to haves ;)
