Looking for recommendations for code consultants who are very knowledgeable about Chapter 11 (accessibility) requirements of the NYC Building Code and creative about finding viable exceptions. We are purchasing an apartment with a sunken living room and would like to make alterations to the living room (partition off a portion of it) without needing to add a ramp or elevator.
