Turn-around time on Co-op Rental App?

I recently sent over an application package for a co-op I'm hoping to rent in and it was received today. The management company me prior that there's a small waitlist for the open units (I think due to renovations that seem mostly done), but I'm wondering how long the wait is typically from the application process to the interview/approval? Again this is to rent and this isn't a low-income-based building (i.e. you can't go over a certain income threshold in order to qualify), so I'm not sure if that makes the process simpler or more difficult in some ways.
