Saw this house for sale on zillow: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/142-19-120th-Ave-Jamaica-NY-11436/2073053823_zpid/ On the description it has this: Court ordered sale- Macaluso is the RECEIVER. This home was illegally OVERBUILT and the Dept. of Buildings has issued a serious violation and fine. approximately 340 sq. ft. must be removed causing substantial cost and removal of the second floor spa??? Check lender requirements. Cash deal required with short sale approval most likely. May be subject to Court approval. Investor/short sale opportunity Can someone please explain what needs to be done to but this house?
