Building riddled with black mold

Loved my apartment, loved the area, but was coughing constantly. Did a mold test and it showed massive amounts of toxic mold. When I mentioned it to one of the guys who works there he laughed and said "Yeah, whenever we get a leak and have to open up a ceiling or wall we find mold everywhere." Had to get out of there. Too bad.
