Absolutely don't buy here -- 1296 Park Place

I recently tried to purchase a property at 1296 Park Place in the Weeksville area of Crown Heights; which is represented by Corcoran Group. I am now in a regretful position. Let me explain. I had the opportunity to take possession early and from the day I moved in I experienced the most unbearable noise and chaos from the neighbours next door at 1298 Park Place. This property has at least 1 x 311 complaint a day and there is nothing that local police can do to curb the chaos and civil disobedience taking place at this property. Buyer beware. Don't trust the brokers trying to sell this property that will tell you it's "a quiet block and an up and coming area" this is a lie.
