Discussion about 527 West 135th Street in Hamilton Heights
You get what you pay for here, so I think the rents are semi-fair given the casual negligence of the building. Paid me back my security deposit outside the legal 14-day window and kept $400 for a door they had no right to keep. Going to small claims as soon as I can get downtown. Just thought people should know.
