Refundable MoveIn Move Out Fees

Hi I had sold a coop recently and the management co/board still owes the move in and move out fee which is refundable per their agreement. When I moved in about 3 years ago, I paid the move in fee and unfortunetely did not pursue it until now. I've sent numerous emails and made phone calls to the management co about this as their last email to me was about a month ago stating they were waiting for the closing checks to clear. It has been 2 months since closing - so it should have cleared. Other than emails and phone calls what other avenues do I have and would it be worth it? The move in and move out fee was $500 each, so total $1K that was paid. Thank you for any suggestions.
