Can I live in my fiancé's coop unit?

My fiancé is interested in buying a coop. He is the only one apply for the coop loan, and will pay for the mortgage and HOA by himself. I will be living with him after marriage but will not be on the deed. 1. Do I need to go through the board approval? Since I am not paying, I do not want to disclose my financial information to the board. Is this possible? 2. Should we inform the board about this when my fiancé is ready to offer?
