Discussion about West 96th at 750 Columbus Avenue in Upper West Side
Besides having very high rent for a building that is more than 30 years old, rent does not include water, sewer, and boiler, common charges and unit specific utility charges. There is a monthly fee for decrepit amenities. Management is always changing because corporate is terrible.
