Hi, Fairly new to StreetEasy but not to NY. Seems like UES 1BR co-ops linger for a while. Are prices too high, demand too low or a combination? Noticed a 1BR at 1230 Park, classic pre-war co-op with good management that keeps coming on and off the market. Are these units dinosaurs or just overpriced? Thanks.
