I've been looking for a 1 BR co-op on UES, specifically one at 1230 Park Avenue. The unit has been on and off the market for a year. Obviously the price is too high even though it's a solid building with good management. My concern is buying something and then not being able to sell it down the road. Any tips on this building or UES 1BR market? Thank you.
