Discount Buyer's Broker in Forest Hills Area

Hi everyone. Looking to buy a residential property in Forest Hills/Rego Park area. Already found the house and have mortgage prequalification for well above the asking price. Now I need a broker. Given that the buyer's broker will not have much work to do at all, I want to find someone who is good but who will also refund 1% of the purchase price to me. Does anyone know of such brokers in the area? Thank you, FH Resident.
