Status of vacant parking lot across from building

As you can see, the parking lot is vacant and is not being used. We are in the process of relocating a tenant who has decided to relocate because of increased costs and reduced demand for office space. It will be difficult but possible to lease this space with the condition that the building remains occupied until we can find a suitable replacement tenant or convert this space into other uses
