Discussion about 949 Grand Street #3L
I have a friend whom was a former tenant in recent years. The building is run poorly. The heat is always broken during the cold season and there are infestations throughout. Please read the fine print when they try and sell you on the "rent stabilized" status. It's not exactly true. They have a ton of maintenance to perform to this building but they have neglected. To be honest, you should walk away.
