Don’t hire Steve and Michael Gatanas of SPM Contracting for your renovation project. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and deliver low quality work. Their carpenter Alfredo is dirty and doesn’t respect personal property. Don’t trust the 5-star reviews in Google. I bet those reviews are phony and probably created from a solicitation campaign. I speak from experience and I deeply regret ever doing business with these amateurs.
