Discussion about
With this many for sale, maybe they need their own thread. I have been inside each one except the best one, 8F. The renovation looks just great. Yes 12F has the extra room and better light. And 6F has the best asking price. Any thoughts about relative value on these and where they may trade. Recent open houses for 6 and 12F were quite busy. I know a few were discussed on other threads, but not all together. Seems like a really nice building, ok maintenance and nice location. Plus, I think the dual street entry is cool. http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/building/22-east-88-street-manhattan

There is nothing hugely wrong with any of them. Yes some bathroom and kitchen work, but still seems like a nice building. Only question is, what will be the clearing price to get these deals done.

P09: Won't you have your answer when 8E closes? I think 8F will close in the mid-2s.

I think someone mentioned on another thread that 6F does not have clearance on its side windows, so a lot of the rooms look at the neighboring brick wall. 8F supposedly clears and has much better views. I haven't seen any of them in person.

I agree with nyc10023 about #8F - if it sells at all. I can imagine them holding, maybe renting it out. Did the whole family go to Washington?
