Discussion about
Has anyone used this company recently (in last year or so) for a full pack and unpack? What were your experiences? Any caveats? No need for recommendations of other companies, just want to learn about this one before signing them on. (3 bed move includes artwork, antiques, etc.)

yes to both, that's why I recommended them.

Expensive but professional, efficient and worry free. No caveats.
Like I said, their experienced estimator who comes first sets up the movers to know what to expect, what to bring, what to prepare before hand (crates for example - if needed for heavy fragile stuff, or dismantling/reassembling), and you so that you know the cost before hand with no surprises on moving day.

We used them twice for move only: last time was within past half year. Even with move only (no packing), they did furniture dismantling/packing,etc. Very happy with them on both occasions.

We used them for a cross-country move (no packing), and are planning to use them again very soon. Not the cheapest but quite reasonable (You don't want the cheapest. Really, you don't). They were very reliable and always kept in touch throughout the process, which was especially important since we had to be in NY before they even picked up our stuff in Texas. No surprises, everything done on time and very professionally, nothing damaged. Obviously, we're happy with their service, since we're going to use them for our upcoming move.
