I'm not amazed by the drop in prices, i'm amazed that they actually found brokers that had some reasonable thinking and not the typical.."this is the best investment you can ever make" or "buy now while everything is on sale"....my take away was you can buy cheap now or buy later even cheaper....

The unit they talked about AT 26east 22nd is still on the market for 3 months and they recently dropped the price again.This was the same broker that told me 1 month ago that you have to still expect to pay 1100-1200psf for prime condo in Chelsea
