60th Street side of the building is very aesthetic especially the pool when it it light up at night. To help close out the remaining few units in the building, and add to the beauty of the exterior I would suggest they keep the pool lighted at night (and dance studio) even after they close it and I would also suggest removing the sales banner on 60th st. It has been on sale for ages and at this point I am sure people will simply go to the lobby and inquire. (besides banners = a cheap sales look)

I have walked/rode/jogged by it a bunch on the way to Riverside Park. The building looks great, but it's literally in the middle of nowhere. And there's a nasty-looking huge construction site across the street. Not sure why one would want to live there.

I was intrigued enough to walk by the building this past weekend. It is a very nice looking building from the outside but I agree with the other posters here, it is literally in the middle of nowhere. Abolutely nothing on the block with it, across from a huge construction site and 2 blocks from public housing. I personally could never live on this block. from a "neighborhood feel" perspective, it makes midtown east look like the west village.
