Discussion about Boulevard East at 53 Boerum Place in Downtown Brooklyn

There seems to be awful high turnover in this building (although many of the units are just listed under "Boerum Place" without the address and don't turn up on this page on Streeteasy.) I'm pretty interested in buying here though, once the sellers come down a bit on their unrealistic 2007 prices. Is there something wrong with this building?

The floors aren't great, the amenities aren't great, and the units even with renovation aren't great. http://wp.me/pkLe1-bA
Oh and the prices -- given the competition are -- you guessed it, not great.
